This is about vampires but its a difrent kind of vampire story.
The vampire Lestat (Stuart Townsend) has become a rock star, and it's that music that awakens the 6000-year-old Egyptian vampire, Akasha (Aaliyah). She soon sets out on a plan of revenge against many of the male vampires that followed her, in the hopes of ruling the earth with Lestat at her side. Meanwhile, there's Jesse Reeves (Marguerite Moreau), a young female vampire hunter who begins to fall in love with Lestat..I watched the movie. The movie is pretty good. And this Queen Akasha was great, peace to her soul. R.I.P Aaliyah
